Profile
“Annies” is the twin brother of four brothers, ages 17, 17, 8, and 3. They are in third year of high school at a boys' school. They started classical piano lessons at the age of 4 through absolute pitch training at the age of 2.
They have won the first prize at the Osaka International Music Competition in the four-handed piano section, and have also won the first prize at the Pittina Piano Competition and has participated in the national finals of 10 categories of the Pitina Piano Competition and received Best Prize, Bronze Prize, and Silver Prize.
They were a finalist in the Chopin Competition in Asia and a prize winner in the Junior High School Piano Division of the National Music Competition for Students in Tokyo in 2023, and they were invited to perform in Germany in 2023, where they received a standing ovation for the first time in their life.
Since elementary school, they have volunteered at hospitals, child development support centers, rehabilitation centers, and nursery schools, and has been selected for the Tokyo Metropolitan Board of Education's Commendation for Children and Students for two consecutive years in addition to their performance in the competition.
They have been selected as a recipient of the Sony Music Foundation's Children's Music Fund for 2023, and brings live piano performances to children with severe mental and physical disabilities who are in the care of medical professionals.
