Profile
Born in Aichi Prefecture in 1998. Began playing the violin at the age of three. Won first place in the Burghardt International Music Competition, first place in the Nagoya Regional Competition of the All-Japan Student Music Competition, third place in the National Competition, and the Outstanding Newcomer Award (highest award) at the Tokyo International Arts Association Newcomer Recital Audition, among other competitions. Has performed with the Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra and the Kanagawa Philharmonic Orchestra. Since high school, she has actively performed solo recitals and national tours.
In the summer of 2020, she released a CD titled “White Case” featuring all original compositions.
In December 2021, she released a CD titled “The FOUR SEASONS” featuring Vivaldi's “The Four Seasons.”
In February 2022, she released the CD “Allein,” featuring unaccompanied violin pieces,
In September of the same year, she released the CD “Takamatsu Ai Violin Recital: Light and Shadow,” featuring a recital of all Mendelssohn pieces, In February 2023, she released the CD “PRISM,” featuring new original pieces,
In December 2023, she released the orchestra recital “Diavolo Concerto.”
Graduated from Nagoya Municipal Kikuri High School Music Department and Tokyo University of the Arts Instrumental Music Department. Actively engaged in online activities such as live streaming and video streaming, with over 600,000 total followers on social media.
The violin used is an 1840 Cremona-made Enrico CERUTI, loaned by an anonymous owner through Beare’s International Violin Society Japan with the cooperation of Bunkyo Gakki.
